  • Branksome, Penn Hill and Lilliput - 1930s detached on larger plots. Usually rewired once already, in the 70s or 80s, which means it is due again now rather than urgent.
  • Canford Heath, Creekmoor and Upton - 1960s to 80s estate housing. The cable is often sound. The board and the socket count are what have aged, so a full rewire is frequently the wrong answer here.
  • Hamworthy and the quay side - a real mix, plus flats and conversions where working out what feeds what comes before any price.
